Policy on Returns

With the support of those using the platform, we hope to maintain standards of high quality of the products that we list. Uniformis will quality control items that it lists on behalf of others. We do ask that with regards to parent to parent selling, items of high quality only are advertised unless otherwise clearly stated in the detailed description field.

To avoid conflict over returns, no funds are transferred until items have been accepted by the purchaser. We believe this to be the fairest process. We ask that any items that need to be returned are done so within 7 days of the original purchase. Please note that it can take between 5 and 10 days for funds and refunds to show in your account, if you need further assistance on this specific question, please contact support@uniformis.online.

As previously highlighted, this is a pilot scheme and quality control will be monitored across all selling routes - school to parent, parent to parent etc.
